January 2011 - we installed a new AIM AFC10 CNC technology for 3D wire bending. Robust design technology is designed to bend any technologically possible 3D / 2D shape from a smooth wire thickness of 3 to 10 mm with a strength approaching 550 (MPa - at a maximum thickness of 10 mm).

This technology takes the wire straight out of the coil, straightens it, bends it, cuts it, and thus creates a wire product designed with use a software package that features flexibility and ease of programming. Improved servo drives enable high speed operation without any loss of accuracy and repeatability.
